MD 20902, will open its waitlist on 5/01/2024 to accept applications for its 1-
and 2-bedroom apartments.

This is not an offer of housing. Applicants must be at least
62 years old and/or have a disability, as this community receives federal
funding and follows HUD income guidelines and policies.
